Cheese we love on the counter this week. 

Chosen by us, bundled up and made easy for you to get your hands on.

This week we have:

Camembeara - fluffy rinded, camembert style cheese from the Beara peninsula. Not long back on the counter!

Gubbeen - pinkish rind with a smokey undertone, this is a funky, farmyard-y cows milk cheese from Schull, Co.Cork

Young Buck - always a favourite, this is tasting fruity, crumbly and biscuity. Great for nibbling on.

Bo Rua - A younger, creamier cheddar on our counter, we have started selling a 3 year old version, but this young 9 month old is one not to miss.

Cool Cush - the last of the season, this batch is spicy, goaty and coats your tongue!
