Cais Na Tire - a pecorino style, hard smooth sheep milk cheese from Tipperary.

Ballylisk Single Brie - oozing out of the paper at the moment, these milky bries from Ballylisk in Portadown are gooey and great!

Camembeara - fluffy rinded, camembert style cheese from the Beara peninsula. Not long back on the counter!

Smoked Drumlin - a firm fave amongst customers, it is creamy, smokey, with a wild rind!
